Poke Root is a powerful herb that supports the lymphatic system, helping to clear lumps, bumps, and unwanted “sludge” from our bodies and ease sore joints, but it should be used cautiously. It is not used the same as most other herbs, so please read the directions!

Step-by-Step Suggestion Guide for using Poke Root Tincture:

🍃Start Low: Begin with 1 drop in water once a day. Observe how your body responds for at least 24 hours.

🍃Increase Gradually: If no adverse reactions occur, increase the amount by 1 drop every 1–2 days. For example:

•Day 1: 1 drop

•Day 3: 2 drops

•Day 5: 3 drops

🍃Split (if desired): As you reach about 3-5 drops per day, you may split the amount into morning and evening.

🍃Observe Carefully: Poke root can be powerful and might cause reactions like nausea, digestive upset, or a mild detox reaction. If any discomfort occurs, return to the last comfortable amount.

🍃Max Range: Generally, 5–10 drops per day is a conservative range for supportive effects. Many people stay at 5 drops or fewer. Avoid exceeding this unless working under the supervision of a practitioner.

🍃Use Only for Short Periods: Poke root is often taken for a limited duration with a break in the mix, especially if used for lymphatic support, immune boosting, or other targeted purposes.

⚠️Safety Notes:

Consult with a healthcare provider if you are pregnant, nursing, or have health conditions.

Poke root can be toxic in larger doses.

By moving slowly and observing closely, you’ll find the minimal amount that works effectively for you.
